Responsible for the complete program development of Subsurface workloads on Azure and deployment in major high priority customers. You will help create Microsoft's strategy to win market share across the industry by driving innovation across upstream, midstream and downstream. You will help define the industry changing AI and ML strategy for the company and be able to bring this vision to reality with select customers. You will help drive the successful adoption of Azure in some of our largest accounts and will drive product changes and gap closure with the various product teams across the organization
Basic Qualifications: 10+ years direct experience in subsurface work in an oil and gas operator and or major services provider. Preferred Qualification: 10+ years of program, or product management experience and deep industry experience in the oil and gas industry. BS or higher degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience Strong track record of delivering services and/or shipping products Strong track record of AI and ML use in subsurface Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
