Cloud Supply and Capacity Planning team is responsible for creating and managing an optimal server and supply plan across all of Microsoft Cloud business so that Microsoft can deploy optimal capacity for its growing cloud business needs across Data Centers, Servers, Networking Equipment and Bandwidth. We are building a Customer Capacity Experience team which will proactively identify short-term capacity gaps due to supply demand imbalance and systemically orchestrate actions to mitigate, prevent capacity gaps and increase breadth of coverage to include services such as Built on Azure(BOA) , Bing , Exchange and Rest of Cloud Services; Eliminate friction in customer facing constructs like quota, offer management and deployments; Deliver self-serve customer capacity experience portal to Azure customers to provide best and differentiated cloud capacity experience. Lead multiple projects across Capacity Planning, Capacity Management, Customer experience, Execution and Supply chain through multiple Program Managers Has a strong product mindset and applies it consistently across multiple projects. 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product or program management A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience. Preferred Qualifications Clear and demonstrated passion for innovation through machine learning Experience with some machine learning libraries such as Microsoft TLC, TensorFlow, PyTorch Software development skills in one or more programing languages (C#/C/C++/Java/F#) Experience with data analytics, using languages like Python or R Experience working with
