Program Manager - AWS Inclusion and Diversity Amazon has a unique opportunity available driving Inclusion and Diversity for our AWS business. The AWS business is responsible for driving key components of Amazon’s growth. Inclusion and Diversity are high priority initiatives for Amazon and our business, and the Inclusion and Diversity Sr. Program Manager will play a critical role driving the vision and strategy that will enable our employees to thrive and our business to grow. Serving as thought leader and subject matter expert, the leader will work closely with business and HR leaders as well as with our central team of diversity program managers to identify opportunities and drive impact. The Diversity Leader will be a key partner to Amazon’s central Global Diversity and Inclusion Organization (GDIO), as a channel for both bringing central practices and Amazon-wide goals to the AWS teams and also helping influence Amazon-wide diversity initiatives from the perspective of our unique and

· 10+ years’ experience leading and delivering projects for large, global, cross-functional audiences · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years' experience in I and D · 5+ years’ experience designing and delivering I and D programs, including talent and culture programs · Masters Degree / MBA preferred, or track record driving measurable business outcomes through I and D solutions · Experience effectively partnering with HR and business teams to build effective HR or talent programs and strategies · Multi-national experience · Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate
