The team is responsible for enabling key servicing and delivery scenarios to ensure the latest features, bug fixes, and security vulnerabilities fixes are delivered to all in Windows OS versions used by consumer, enterprise customers, including Azure cloud properties. We are looking for a Lead Program Manager to lead Program Management function for core OS components critical for Azure and Enterprise customer, a lead that is an exception people manager, comfortable with ambiguity. Lead and growing a great team of Program Managers and helping to define team culture Driving efficiency and quality into engineering processes in partnership with the engineering lead. Foster effective partnerships with teams across the company by aligning, defining and measuring on common goals.
