COSINE Servicing and Delivery (CSD) team's mission is to keep Windows customers protected and productive by delivering high quality updates. The team is responsible for enabling key servicing and delivery scenarios to ensure the latest features, bug fixes, and security vulnerabilities fixes are delivered to all in Windows OS versions used by consumer, enterprise customers, including Azure cloud properties. We are looking for a Lead Program Manager to lead Program Management function for core OS components critical for Azure and Enterprise customer, a lead that is an exception people manager, comfortable with ambiguity. CSD is a fast-paced team that delivers multiple releases directly to Azure and 1B customers! an environment with excellent opportunities for career growth. Lead and growing a great team of Program Managers and helping to define team culture Driving efficiency and quality into engineering processes in partnership with the engineering lead. Foster effective partnerships with teams across the company by aligning, defining and measuring on common goals. Remove ambiguity and define solutions that are well understand and executed across the team. Set priorities for engineering based on deep understanding to the broader Windows ecosystem and customer scenarios Manage schedules, risks, and issues and communicating them effectively to the team, management,
10 or more years of industry experience and a degree in computer science or related field. Preferred: The ability to build trust with internal and external partners through quality delivery and integrity Ability to drive critical situations with confidence, directing the team towards effective response. Demonstrating ability to learn and apply learning to improve business outcomes, positive impact for the team and self. Growth mind set by demonstrating willingness to be open to new ideas with the ability to lead others along. Proven track record of going technically deep and delivering cloud scale
