Come join the One Engineering System(1ES) team and enable developer productivity by helping to invent the future of engineering systems at Microsoft! The 1ES Build PM Team is looking for a program manager to help develop strategy and drive change in engineering processes, tools and services that Microsoft engineers use every day with the goal of helping them to move from ideas to delivering value through features faster, and with less friction.

The initial focus of this role is to develop strategy and implementation approaches for Linux-based builds at Microsoft. In this role you will be part of a team and work collaboratively across organizations to gather, analyze and translate requirements into product features and create functional specifications. The right candidate will have a strong program management background, demonstrated experience creating, evolving, and communicating customer experiences and product features, have experience with customer research and design methods, and a well-rounded technical background. Experience with
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or human factors design. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. 7+ years' experience delivering features into commercially shipping software products/services. Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated cross team collaboration and project execution capabilities. Thrive in a fast-paced work environment Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
