Azure Customer Growth and Analytics (CGA) is a team of data scientists, business analysts, and data engineers who deliver actionable insights, focused on the overall health of our business and the growth of our customer base. We use a variety of analytics techniques to understand who our customers are, what they're trying to accomplish, and how we can improve their overall experience. The focus CGA team is to foster a data-driven culture; to encourage and enable the entire organization to make more informed decisions through data. In support of this mission, CGA works closely with engineering, marketing, finance, and business leaders to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and accelerating the growth of the Azure business. Our charter spans the breadth of C+E, where we design and deliver standardized views of business performance, identify salient trends, perform ad hoc analyses of historical data, define benchmarks and models for predicting upcoming performance,

RESPONSIBILITIES o Become a subject matter expert in the C+AI business and underlying data ecosystem. o Collaborate with product and program owners across the organization to understand objectives, identify opportunities, document business scenarios, and prioritize projects in order to maximize business impact. o Develop and manage project schedules for cross-team initiatives, including tracking deliverables and ensuring on-time delivery of milestones. o Help define and organize team priorities and establish measures to ensure ROI is clearly understood o Contribute to a regular, cross-team review
KEY QUALIFICATIONS: o 5+ years of Program Management, Solution Management, IT, or Business Consulting in a technical environment. o Functional knowledge of cloud computing and online services business models, including business, technical, and operational metrics. o Familiarity with data science and a high-level understanding of the ML models typically used in business scenarios. o Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities and strategies into actionable, measurable plans. o Proven ability to build positive working relationships across groups and drive accountability for delivery without
