The SSD (Software Servicing Delivery Team) develops and runs the engine of Windows-as-a-Service (WaaS). SSD is a fast-paced team that develops modern Internet-scale services that secure and update 2 billion customers around the world. We're responsible for the engineering systems, orchestration and publishing tech, monitoring, analytics, and control plane that delivers updates to Azure cloud and client properties as well as all versions of the Windows operating system. We are looking for Lead Program Managers that can build and manage great teams that innovate in modern services that support diverse client operating systems. SSD PMs have tremendous impact, visibility across the Azure, E and D, and COSINE businesses, and ample opportunities to learn and grow their careers.
Build and manage great technical program management teams; foster career growth, coaching, and team morale while delivering great solutions Design and modernize servicing technologies across the intelligent cloud and the intelligent edge Align leadership across Azure and COSINE to ensure teams understand and deliver on shared goals Lead planning for a feature crew in collaboration with key producer and consumer teams Design and deliver servicing technology scenarios while building your team's expertise in telemetry, customer feedback, anecdotal evidence, personal experience and market perceptions
