As a foundational pillar of the company, the Business Applications Group (BAG) is building the next generation of business applications and platforms that will help businesses large and small succeed in achieving their digital transformation agenda. The products we are responsible for include Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Microsoft Flow) and other SaaS applications and workloads. The Business Analytics and Insights Operations team within BAG is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial program manager/product manager to help drive critical aspects of our business operations. Your responsibilities will include: Deliver and maintain a comprehensive view of customer satisfaction and customer feedback across our top 100 customers for Dynamics and Power Platform. Lead a key initiative end to end – quickly come up to speed on the product area and customer landscape and drive planning and implementation of how we measure satisfaction across our top customers. Drive thoughtful and statistically sound approaches for surveying our top customers and for gathering quantitative and qualitative view of customer satisfaction which is then fed into product teams. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent industry experience 10+ years of program management and/or product management experience 5+ years of experience managing people and teams Preferred qualifications: Masters degree in Business or MBA is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to leverage data analysis to identify business challenges and influence decisions Demonstrated experience creating clarity from ambiguity, and presenting to business and technical leaders in written and verbal format Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
