This program is meant to be a central thrust of Microsoft's Customer Obsession strategic pillar, and we need your help. Our strategy has three components: Enable everyone in the division that includes Office, Windows, Surface brands—in every role and at every level—frictionless access to customers. Develop learning pathways for individuals and teams to get better at talking to customers, be that in 1:1 scenarios, as part of ideation and design, or as part of product evaluation. Hold ourselves accountable to keeping the customer

Who do we need? We are looking for a Capabilities Lead who can define, develop and implement the capability building approach and curriculum for the division, focused on customer-driven product development. We need someone who can bring a modern approach to learning, developing the strategic plan and actively participating as a teacher and master practitioner. We will look to you develop ways to foster a learning culture across E+D, working with the existing onboarding team and learning leaders in each of the divisions to collectively empower learners, and ultimately fuel growth and innovation
What will it take? An entrepreneurial spirit with dirty hands We need an expert orchestrator who thrives in ambiguous situations, who can lead without authority, and who can influence people at all levels of the organization. You will need practical and real-world problem-solving skills, as this team moves fast, has many partners, and adjusts as we learn. Deep expertise with immersive, experiential education We need a visionary with deep experience in experiential education. This includes facilitating, teaching, and building immersive activities through a range of offerings from classes to self-service
