Amazon is looking for an experienced, results-oriented, collaborative, and customer-obsessed Product Manager (PM) for our Shipping and Delivery Support (SDS) team. In this role you will lead the strategic and technical Customer Service (CS) roadmaps to support Amazon's fast-growing suite of delivery products including Amazon Logistics (AMZL), Flex Drivers Program, Amazon Key, and many other delivery products. AMZL is on pace to become one of the world's largest logistics services and this key position will help ensure its success by delivering the tools and features associates need to assist drivers, recipient, property managers and other customers. The SDS Product Management team plays a pivotal role in creating a great customer experience by enabling CS Associates worldwide to solve customer-facing problems. In this role you will work with a team of software developers to build tools and features needed to solve problems and ensure customers receive their purchases on time. You will develop

· Minimum 10+ years in product management or related experience. · BA/BS required · Proven record of bringing new customer facing products or services to market by driving product requirements through a software development team· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Masters degree in engineering, business or a related field. · Demonstrated experience collaborating and influencing across multiple teams in a large organization. · Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, suggest and evaluate technical solutions, and manage trade-offs. · Demonstrated experience
