We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to join the SLU (Spoken Language Understanding) team in Alexa Shopping. The team is responsible for Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR). This role will be responsible for defining and delivering our strategy to expand voice shopping to additional retail categories. As a Principal Product Manager for SLU, you will have the opportunity to define how customers will shop for products
· Dual education background - business and tech. · 10+ years of product management or product development · Proven track record of shipping products with proven business value. · A history of translating customer insight into recommendations that customers love to act on. · Entrepreneurial instincts with a clear bias for informed action and a track record of leading new initiatives with limited resources and support. · Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data (including SQL) and metrics to back up assumptions evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom. · Collaborate
