The Selling Partner Recruitment and Development team is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical to own the product vision and roadmap for a product within our our onboarding systems portfolio, which includes products such as Growth Navigator (personalized recommendation engine to drive growth), Seller University (rich media education service), (marketing website for WW self-service teams), and sales productivity tools. You’ll work with a co-located team of SDEs, TPMs, UXDs, Data Scientists, Marketers, and Sales Reps, as well as global

· Bachelor’s degree (technical major preferred) · 10+ years relevant work experience in software development or technical product management · Experience delivering software features and applications. · Demonstrated ability and willingness to operate autonomously, roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done; general manager / owner mentality. · Proven track record of influencing global stakeholders and gaining alignment on product vision · Ability to navigate ambiguity. · Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities· MBA or
