Amazon Restaurants is seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Senior Manager of Product Management to lead the product vision and then run new business initiatives for the Amazon Restaurants business. In addition to defining, developing, and driving the road-map and three year plan for new initiatives, you will also be responsible for the the revenue and profit goals of the initiatives. As part of this role, you will work with peer product managers in charge of Amazon Restaurants consumer experience, merchant experience, and driver experience. Successful candidates will have the following: · Strong entrepreneurial DNA with both the vision to create new initiatives and the attention to detail to drive successful launches and operations · Deep intuition for customer needs supported with rigorous analytics across multiple quantitative data sets · Innate curiosity to find new ways to innovate · Ability to thrive in environments with a wide range of stakeholders across various functions
Basic qualifications · 10+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management · 5+ years experience in merchant services and/or user-facing software products · Bachelor's degree · Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams in delivery of new products or services · Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. · High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications · Proven ability to define a winning merchant business strategy and service or product roadmap · Superior verbal and written communications. · Demonstrated results; delivered
