PeopleTech seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead technology transformations worldwide. The role: The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams internationally to implement best-in-class time and attendance solutions across multiple geographies and business lines. The ideal candidate is both highly strategic and extremely detail-oriented, possessing excellent business judgement and the bar-raising written and verbal communication skills necessary to influence executive-level stakeholders within and outside of Amazon. This position will also be responsible for creating a center of excellence around large-scale technology change-management, which requires the ability to think around corners and consider numerous points-of-view simultaneously. You will be asked to develop, execute, and deliver on detailed plans, working closely with stakeholders at all levels of an organization and navigating successfully through complex legal, political,

· 10+ years work experience in Project Management, Product Management, or Technology organizations · 7+ years of Product Management experience with direct ownership of roadmap and milestone planning. · Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders · Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps and capturing business requirements, launching projects, and conducting customer research. · Excellent writing skills · Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects · Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
