As a Principal Product Manager in AWS Safety Engineering, you will provide technical and strategic direction for a global staff of engineers focused on providing customers with the most reliable and available systems on the planet. You will be responsible for driving the strategy and integration of our incident management tools to reduce the length of major incidents. You will plan an active role to evolve our human driven event management tools and define how our automation systems can be leveraged to drive down mean time to resolution of impacting events.
