The Advertising API team is lean, curious about new technologies, collaborative and agile, with a great spirit for building great products. We are seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager that shares our values and vision, responsible for defining and guiding the evolution and growth of this critical program, specifically focused on how to best meet our internal and external partner needs while maintaining awareness and security for all of the data that passes through the APIs. Amazon Advertising provides some of Amazon's fastest growing strategic businesses, such as Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands. Our global advertising tools provide self-service low-latency systems for multiple performance-based advertising programs with large ad inventories. It supports both automated and advertiser-specified optimization controls and features particular integrations for using product data from across the entire Amazon catalog as a source of ad content. Our products are strategically important

· 10+ years of product management experience with internet business experience · BA/BS or equivalent experience· Experience working with large scale APIs and/or service-oriented architectures as a Product Manager or as a developer · Strong understanding of the advertising industry and related technology · Masters degree in Computer Science or related field · Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise and to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units including at the executive level · Proven track record for being
