As a PM manager on our team, you will define your team's vision, charter and roadmap from planning through execution. You will attract, nurture, develop and lead top-notch PMs. You will work closely with a wide range of internal and external partners, including hardware vendors, dozens of other engineering groups, marketing, business development and planning, and especially your development team in order to achieve your end-to-end vision. You will be empowered to manage your team but supported by an organization invested in your success.
Exceptional communication, collaboration and leadership skills Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving capabilities Demonstrated ability to manage a team of PMs by leading, developing, coaching and supporting them to achieve outstanding results Self-motivated and proactive; can manage ambiguity and produce clarity for those around them Team player who will actively develop and support an environment where everybody around them can do their best work 7+ years of engineering program management experience 3+ years as a people manager Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science
