The OCV team is responsible for building the entire E2E experience—from cross-platform in-app experiences (Send-A-Smile, Contextual Surveys, Rate and Review), insight generation via the latest machine learning and natural language processing techniques, to exec-level reporting around the key customer sentiment measures for Office (NPS, PSAT).
