Technology and Product related: • Own the product roadmap for Cortana Skill Development Platform and Conversational Capabilities • Be comfortable driving the development of new innovations across various Cortana endpoints • Collaborate closely across multiple disciplines (design, business development, data science, user research, engineering, and marketing) to execute on our vision for the future • Lead feature improvements through iterative design, experimentation and by leveraging data to building strong understanding of customer • Represent your feature areas internally and at industry events,
The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced Lead Program Manager with: • Strong technical leadership abilities with demonstrated strategic thinking and vision • Proven track record of delivering large complex projects (ideally online services and AI/ML related) • Ability to build, manage, grow and lead talented teams of Program Managers including new hires to experienced individual contributors • Ability to effectively communicate and write functional specifications • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Ability and experience in managing cross-functional
