At least 7 years of software industry experience At least 4 years of experience as a program or product manager At least 4 years of experience leading a team Deep understanding and history developing distributed and/or cloud based systems. Both technically deep and business savvy enough to interface with all levels and disciplines within the organization, from engineers to executives Ability to be strategic, but also drive tactics and execution as needed Exceptional collaboration and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation - to peers and executives) BA/BS in computer science, compute
