Opportunities for impact in this role include: Defining the vision and strategy for UX platform investments to enable shared components that can be used across platforms and applications in the Office suite to enable coherent, cross-platform experiences. In partnership with Design, furthering the definition and development of Fluent design system assets to scale out adoption of Fluent controls across Office experiences. The ideal candidate will have: Understanding of developer needs, tooling, and UX platform development patterns and practices Passion to act as a change agent, able to communicate a vision and bring others along in the change process to achieve it. Proven track record of successful delivery in Program Management, from concept to execution.
