We need a strong Principal PM Lead that can help turn amazing amounts of data into the insights that shape products that bring the world together . Work closely with data science, growth and engineering teams to establish strategies and execution plans to deliver data and insights that help us better understand how our users engage. BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field 10+ years of PM experience, working with customers (internal or external) to design, build and validate products/tools Demonstrated customer focus and end-to-end thinking across teams and experiences Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions Demonstrated ability to drive and deliver features on time with quality Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries Demonstrated data-driven and analytical thinking with a strong bias for hypothesis-based
