We are currently building the next generation of products and features that span our portfolio of world-class communication applications – Outlook, our flagship email and calendaring brand and Yammer, our solution to help people connect across organizations. We need a strong Principal PM Lead that can help turn amazing amounts of data into the insights that shape products that bring the world together . You'd be able to impact how hundreds of millions of users collaborate and communicate and make a measurable difference in user growth

Work closely with data science, growth and engineering teams to establish strategies and execution plans to deliver data and insights that help us better understand how our users engage. We envision a deep understanding of our users and using that knowledge to drive strong business growth. Build data solutions that help the organization stay on top of how the business is doing and be aware of important changes. We envision powerful tools for our internal data customers that let them know what's going on at all times, without having to ask. Build self-serve tools and educate product teams to help
BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field 10+ years of PM experience, working with customers (internal or external) to design, build and validate products/tools Demonstrated customer focus and end-to-end thinking across teams and experiences Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions Demonstrated ability to drive and deliver features on time with quality Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries Demonstrated data-driven and analytical thinking with a strong bias for hypothesis-based
