As Manager of Engineering Operations, you will lead the Minecraft Engineering and Live Operations teams. You will be part of a global leads team and provide top level operational focus and people management to our teams in Release Management, Systems Engineering and Live Operations Support. Working closely with our gameplay, publishing, online teams and more, this role is at the center of our live service products. You will drive strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholder and build consensus across a wide variety of partner teams. As you participate in building new capabilities for our franchise, you will be a driving force for strategic change across the future of our franchise. 7+ years of live operations director/lead experience. Game industry experience is a plus. Working on free to play mobile games with a preference for a top grossing game. Computer Engineering Degree or equivalent demonstrated hands on work experience Ability to define a clear vision and strategy with clear articulation of immediate, mid-term and long-term goals.
