Deliver language understanding solutions for search and AI assistance products. Improve the online runtime and the offline experimentation platform for better runtime quality and performance, and higher experimentation agility Push forward the frontier to scale language understanding technology to multiple domains and languages/locales. Attract talents and grow the team members
Required qualifications for this position include: 8+ years of experience in software/service product development 2+ years of experience in people and project management with strong technical leadership Strong cross-team collaboration experience Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and great team work skills Highly Desirable: Experience in AI/ML/NLP is a big plus Experience in large scale data mining and cloud computing Familiarity with big data framework, and parallel/ distributed processing such as Hadoop/Spark/ Dryad/Scope
