We are looking for a talented E ngineering M anager to help build our next generation Apps Platform for 3 rd party apps to seamlessly integrate with Teams. The ideal candidate is a leader passionate about large scal e distributed computing problems with experience building end to end experience for users and developers .

Your core responsibilities would include leading a team of engineers to build platform and ecosystem scenarios ( including meeting and calling bots, tabs platform) . You would collaborate with teams across Microsoft and external developers to unlock new business value and you would have the opportunity to drive impact across Microsoft Cloud , as Microsoft Teams is core to Office 365. If you are an experienced Software Engineering Manager with a track record of delivering solid engineering work in this space and have a passion for learning, this is a great opportunity for you to take the next step
5+ years of industry experience working on commercial software application or services 3 years of management experience Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline Working experience in online services/large scale systems Working knowledge of a modern programming language and web frameworks like Angular/React is a plus Track record of delivering innovation and results, leadership and collaboration
