The Role: Come solve the difficult and rewarding electrical engineering challenges in defining a highly reliable, power efficient, low cost satellite bus and payload system. Tasks will vary across a wide range of areas from challenging architecture and board design to dealing with extreme environmental situations to innovative control / redundancy to advanced control firmware. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple technical teams at Amazon in different locations. You should be comfortable
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience - 10+ years of experience in hardware development across full product life cycles - concept to production - 10+ years delivering hardware products from concept to launch - 5+ years as a lead electronics engineer for multiple and complex electronics systems, acting as lead engineer for a team of 10+ engineers - Experience with high-speed digital design of distributed systems covering microprocessors, mixed signal, analog front-ends, ADCs, sensors, and low-level firmware integration - Experience delivering electronics
