Do you want to play an instrumental role in bringing leading diversity and inclusion (D and I) strategies to Amazon’s high growth environment? We are seeking an influential and experienced D and I program manager to execute the Physical Stores D and I strategy by providing innovative programs that help us grow a diverse and inclusive global workforce. As a member of the Physical Stores HR team, you’ll use your skills to work both across the business as well as with specific teams to help them develop and rollout innovative and impactful D and I plans. You’ll partner with the business leadership team to design, coordinate, roll out and measure our D and I initiatives. You will also partner with the Amazon Global Diversity and Inclusion Office to drive adoption of corporate-wide programs into our organization. You will measure and communicate results against committed D and I actions, so that we can ensure meaningful and measurable progress towards D and I and business goals. Ability to assess

· Bachelor’s Degree · 7+ years experience working in an HR or business function · 5+ years program management experience · 5+ years of relevant D and I experience · Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and programmatically · Experience delivering projects across multiple businesses· Experience and credibility as a leader in an environment where the ability to influence, work across a complex matrix, and build relationships is critical. · Strong project management skills, successful teaming with colleagues, and a strong results orientation. · A high energy, results-oriented
