Amazon is looking for a Principal to join our Compensation team. This position will be responsible for managing the planning, design and administration of the organization's baseline and incentive compensation policies and programs for Amazon Studios, Business Development, and Advertising. A key component of this role is Project management in identifying and driving harmonization in the areas of job structures, incentive pay plans. Provide end-to-end support in data analysis, job evaluation and key organizational initiatives in partnership with the HR leaders and business leaders across the organization.We are looking for a seasoned compensation professional with an in-depth experience in designing and implementing broad scale compensation and equity programs. This position will be responsible for managing the planning, design and administration of the organization's baseline policies and programs. The incumbent will take an active role in formulating the on-going compensation philosophy

• Minimum of 7 years experience in finance, compensation or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices. • A Bachelor’s degree is required. • Highly proficient in Excel; familiar with Peoplesoft.Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, leading and auditing work. · Highly detailed driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture · Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data. · Proven experience in leading/overseeing complex corporate or multi-business
