We are responsible for finding diverse, bar-raising students, delivering a frustration-free candidate experience, and ultimately connecting talent to the most in-demand opportunities at Amazon. The SP Talent Advisor will serve as the global single-threaded leader for the student hiring needs of one of Amazon’s key lines of business (AWS, WW Consumer, etc). He/she will partner strategically with senior leaders across HR, TA, Finance, and the customer-facing business, and also with his/her internal SP team colleagues as the voice of the supported business. The Talent Advisor will be responsible for: 1) designing and owning a refreshed business engagement model with
· 5-8 years in client, business or product management at a global corporate entity · Experience measuring program impact against pre-defined success metrics, and proven ability to employ data-driven, transparent decision making · Experience writing narratives and presenting to senior business leaders· Proven ability to influence without authority and support/represent cross-functional teams across levels, geographies, and cultures · Self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit with understanding of how to use data and calculated risk-taking to drive innovative change · Excellent communication skills,
