The Global Student Programs team’s mission is to attract, hire, and integrate student talent from all backgrounds to build the future of Amazon's global workforce. We are responsible for finding diverse, bar-raising students, delivering a frustration-free candidate experience, and ultimately connecting talent to the most in-demand opportunities at Amazon. The SP Talent Advisor will serve as the global single-threaded leader for the student hiring needs of one of Amazon’s key lines of business (AWS, WW Consumer, etc). He/she will partner strategically with senior leaders across HR, TA, Finance, and the customer-facing business, and also with his/her internal SP team colleagues as the voice of the supported business. The Talent Advisor will be responsible for: 1) designing and owning a refreshed business engagement model with
· 5-8 years in client, business or product management at a global corporate entity · Experience measuring program impact against pre-defined success metrics, and proven ability to employ data-driven, transparent decision making · Experience writing narratives and presenting to senior business leaders· Proven ability to influence without authority and support/represent cross-functional teams across levels, geographies, and cultures · Self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit with understanding of how to use data and calculated risk-taking to drive innovative change · Excellent communication skills,
