We are looking for a proven analytics leader who is passionate about using data to understand and drive the Alexa customer experience. If you know your data lakes from your ETL processes, enjoy creating new metrics, establishing forecasts, setting goals, and driving results across an organization, this may be the job for you. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical, and creative person to drive customer insights within the CX Analytics organization. In this high profile role, you will work across several functions to identify and develop input metrics, insights and mechanisms to measure the Alexa customer experience and drive rapid and measurable improvements. Success in the role will be measured by delivering
· Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical discipline · 10+ years of industry experience building mission-critical analytics platforms · 5+ years of experience managing organizations owning the development of reporting, insights, and operational metrics · 5+ years of experience providing support and guidance to the most senior levels of leadership · 5+ years of experience driving improvements in customer experience · Experience with large-scale data warehousing and business intelligence · Demonstrated ability of working in complex environments to drive business process change · Demonstrated
