We are looking for a creative, passionate, and experienced scientist who has strong machine learning background and rich experience in integration AI into real products, to drive strategic adoption of AI and machine learning technology into the platform. Work on designing, prototyping, implementing models and integrating with product. Provide technical leadership to the team, drive strategic decision-making and planning on integrating AI models into speech, conversation and other Bing products. Work with engineers and research team to architect and develop models that run at scale. Communicates well with technical and non-technical audiences, and contributing modeling expertise as a thought leader
Master's degree or higher in Math/Data Science or related field 8+ years of industry work experience in machine learning. Expert with deep learning toolkits. Experience on speech, natural language processing and conversational AI is a big plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication to educate and work with cross functional teams Proven track record of independently driving issues to resolution. Be self-driven. Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and put forward creative, innovative solutions.
