· BS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Material Sciences. · 3+ years of experience in the analysis and testing of complex structural aerospace designs · Experience applying Finite Element analysis to composite structures · Experience in at least one of the following FEA software packages: ANSYS, NASTRAN, ABAQUS · Comfortable extracting models and understanding designs made in current high end CAD packages. · Basic understanding and use of principals, theories and concepts in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Robotics engineering and design.· Master’s or PhD in mechanical engineering,
