· Bachelor's degree · 4+ years of program management experience · Experience querying data and developing performance metrics· Strong analytical orientation; comfort using databases, analytical tools and making data-based decisions · Broad experience across functional and technical areas, developing, deploying, and maintaining programs · Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills · Demonstrated effectiveness working across multiple business units to achieve results · Experience working with emerging technologies · Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical
