Microsoft One Commercial Partner team is looking for a Modern Workplace community lead responsible for driving global reach partner strategy, enablement and learning to influence partner development and growth goals.
Must be an exceptional leader and cross-team collaborator with Modern Workplace market, partner and solution area expertise. Primarily centered on driving the global OCP technical community on developing practices and solutions for Modern Workplace that drive usage and consumption across all partner types including GSI. This includes guidance for OCP architects in service delivery engagements optimized to accelerate partner solution builds and first mile customer wins for Teamwork, Modern Desktop, Security and Compliance and Calling and Meetings. Cross group collaboration with the four Modern Workplace
Qualifications: Experience driving communities, preferably at global scale. Technical expertise and experience driving Modern Workplace solutions. Deep understanding of digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, emerging computing trends and their impact on partner practice building opportunities. Partner development experience to understand what partners need and how Microsoft can best serve to drive our key priorities at scale through channel development. Demonstrated self-motivated team leadership. Ability to drive and collect feedback from global OCP leads, interpret and prioritize
