Over 90% of Microsoft customers are in SMB, and indirect channel sales is our primary approach to deliver those customers the cloud solutions that drive their success and fuel their business growth. To fully activate the channel partner ecosystem, we must continue to aggressively evolve our focus on driving readiness, marketing ability, and IP selling with both the Indirect Provider and Indirect Reseller bases. This will ensure that critical routes to drive relevant products and solutions

In this role, you will: Lead the operational framework, and cross-company communications plan and content to support how the SureStep program engages with invested channel partners Work with business group experts, and leaders from our global partner teams, to build effective value propositions and communications Define channel "ambassador" roles to supplement Indirect Provider partner's ability to recruit, skill, and grow their channel reseller ecosystem Manage a large, complex budget with input from multiple business stakeholders both internal and external (partner Co-Op) Lead a community of
This role requires a combination of skills spanning marketing communications, business advocacy, and program management. A successful candidate must have strong organization, collaboration, and communications skills. Business acumen, and a functional/conversational knowledge of cloud products are a must. Experience and/or knowledge relating to Microsoft Indirect Channel sales (especially CSP and disti) is highly preferred.
