Digital transformation is changing how we engage with – and measure the success of – our partner ecosystem. To satisfy customer demand for cloud-based solutions, we must focus on collaboratively selling 1 st and 3 rd party cloud solutions that drive customer success, fueling a customer's business growth. To achieve this objective, we must continue to aggressively evolve our consumption focus – driven by post-sale solutions and 3rd party packaged IP solutions from our partners – with an intentional industry focus. This will ensure that critical business applications supporting BDMs across the enterprise are

Lead the strategy, operational framework, and cross-company approach for locally prioritizing co-sell partners Work with business group experts, and leaders from our global partner team, to build effective criteria, processes and to define the right business outcomes Lead the vision and roadmap around how our tooling and reporting support our efforts to drive effective partner prioritization and engagements in each market Effectively evangelize what partner prioritization means for our partners, our sellers, our leadership and our customers; as well as how partners can work to ensure appropriate
2+ years experience collaborating and communicating across a global organization 1+ year experience with or functional/conversational knowledge of cloud products 2+ years of effective presentation and communication skills and experience especially in written form. Proven ability to successfully deliver against multiple projects in a complex environment. Passion around helping lead the transformation of how Microsoft works collaboratively with our partners to sell 3rd party IP solutions to customers Strategic marketing communication skills, ability to work across technical and marketing disciplines
