AWS is hiring a Paid Media Production Manager to help develop the processes and mechanisms needed to support our global paid media team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in managing multiple programs at one time, flawless budget and financials oversight, reporting and identifying mechanisms that will drive efficiency. The person who fills this roll must have experience working with digital marketing, third-party partners, marketing agencies and reporting. They must also be experienced in working with multiple stakeholders, working closely with leadership to provide guidance, track adherence to process and support a regular reporting cadence. This is a data driven role that has the opportunity to influence marketing programs and the type of data the team looks at to make strategic decisions The ideal candidate will take an analytical and data centric approach to problem solving, be able analyze marketing data and trends, and report out on best practices in way

· Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a high-tech B2B marketing operations or business operations role. · Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience. · Understanding of marketing data analytics principles and practices, and basic forecasting and tracking skills in Excel. · Track record of building reports and dashboards for tracking campaign results and financials across variety of marketing platforms, and Salesforce.com. · Experiance building ad hoc reports and visualization dashboards within Salesforce.com · Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables
