The AWS Sales Cycle Acceleration team is seeking a talented, experienced, self-directed Operations and Program Manager to join an organization that is responsible for accelerating adoption of the AWS platform by customers around the world. In this role, you will be responsible for managing operational processes and implementing new programs to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. This includes defining reporting, functionality, workflow and operational implementation of various processes to help the team deliver.
