Responsibilities: Azure Services are a strategic and rapidly growing set of cloud services within the broader Intelligent Cloud portfolio for Microsoft. Given Azure Services rapid growth Microsoft Business Operations are standing up a new team to manage Cloud Services Consumption Billing with the primary focus on the Azure business and the associated financial and compliance controls. We're looking for an Operations Program Manager, who will partner deeply with Azure Operations, Operations Finance, UST counterparts and drive clarity and efficiency – always putting compliance and customer experience
Basic Qualifications 3 years' minimum experience in Operations or Financial Controls/Compliance. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required. Preferred Qualifications Strong skills in process design, case management, workflow, exception management, change management, training, data structure, taxonomy, process automation or other process improvement areas. A process mindset where you look to solve a problem for every time into the future. Experience influencing others
