We're looking for an Operations Manager who can anticipate the needs of our customers. You will manage the operations of our engineers to work to improve quality through automation of testing, deployment, and problem analysis. Our team drives the deployment velocity for our AWS Builder Tool services. · 5+ years of relevant, engineering or technical experience · 2+ years of people management experience · Bachelor’s Degree · Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers · Experience taking complex projects from initial concept through final launch. This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field · 6+ years professional experience in software development · Have been successful
