As a New Product Introduction Program Manager (NPI PM), you are responsible for defining and scaling the hardware supply chain through the product development life cycle in order to deliver new and innovative products on time, meeting the quality, volume and cost needs of the business. This individual contributor role will be part of a small team accountable for significantly leveraging supplier capabilities to meet business and product goals. Through effective cross boundary collaboration, you will work to proactively prevent and resolve issues in the sub-tier supply chain to ensure that our end products are manufactured and delivered at the highest quality levels possible. Accountable for the planning and execution of product launches in a contract manufacturing product model. Define supply chain and manage project schedules to deliver operational readiness and product delivery. Identify and manage risks associated with meeting technical and operational targets for our sub tier and tier 1 assemblies and components. Have in depth understanding of the product technical requirements, milestones deliverables and interdependencies for establishing an accurate and effective project infrastructure. Leverage experience and engineering skills to solve problems, fill gaps
BS in engineering or supply chain management or related work experience Qualifications desired: 5+ years of industry experience in Manufacturing and/or Project Management Recommended disciplines: Program Management, Product Development, Process Development, Sourcing, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering Additional experience and knowledge in consumer products, product development process, working with offshore manufacturing partners and suppliers and new product introduction 20% international travel required
