Providing low-level designs to guide network scaling processes as a subject matter expert. Reviewing proposed network changes to ensure accuracy and safety. Deploying, scaling and automating AWS networks across multiple global data centers, including existing footprints and greenfield locations. Analyze networks and troubleshoot network bugs to successfully mitigate large-scale issues. Mentoring junior network engineers. Re-defining current network designs to meet the demand of AWS customers. Position Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or as a Network Engineer or as another related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer or Engineering, Mathematics or a related field and five years of experience as equivalent to a master's degree and two years of experience. Two years of experience in the following skill(s): Advanced application of IP networking fundamentals and the application of IP protocols;
