· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business, Operations, etc.) or 2+ years' Amazon experience · Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs · Strong data analysis and problem solving skills · Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel, Access, and/or SQ'Intermediate to advanced experience with PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint · Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment · Ability to travel up to 25% · MBA/MS and work experience in dedicated project management highly desired · Prior experience or use of PMP/Lean · Intermediate to advanced knowledge
