We are seeking experienced Hardware Design Engineers to build the next generation of our cloud platforms. What you will do: As a member of the Server Hardware Thermal/Mechanical Engineering team you’ll be responsible for the design of our server platforms. You’ll provide leadership in the application of new technologies to large scale server deployments in a continuous effort to deliver a world-class
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent · 5+ years of server industry experience · Mechanical design, testing and validation experience · In-depth thermal lab experience: setting up prototypes, instrumentation and running thermal tests · In-depth experience in compute and storage server mechanical thermal architecture and design for large scale applications. · Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field with strong focus in thermal sciences · Experienced in the ability to deliver server hardware products in a multi-disciplined, distributed-responsibility environment
