We are looking for multiple Mechanical Engineers (Early to Senior level career stage) within a cross product engineering team to support all Microsoft Devices development. We have multiple roles including Design, Lab, Test, Infrastructure, Processes and Services. Candidate should be self-motivated, customer focused, analytical, data driven, results oriented and highly collaborative under team environment.
Roles and Responsibilities: We have multiple roles for Mechanical Engineers with responsibilities in one or many of the below areas, Use a system engineering approach of discovery, focusing on early testing and investigations with internal stakeholders to deliver sound data and innovative ideas. Work closely with others to build and modify prototypes, design and perform testing, and provide potential solutions in support of the product development. Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/experience. Note: Engineering Depth and Experience on Senior level role will be significantly higher than the Early / Mid in career level role. Minimum Requirement: B.S. Mechanical engineering. 2+ years of experience working as a mechanical engineer. Desired Skills and qualification: (One or many of these skills apply to relevant roles.) Able to Multi-task, be a self-starter, work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently. Ability to deal with ambiguity/uncertainty and a willingness to try new/challenging things
