Bachelors degree in Marketing, or a related field Online merchandising experience Knowledge of analytic tools (especially Excel) and ability to use data and metrics to make decisions Experience in using monitoring efficiency of merchandising actions through data analysis Great attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves Keen creative eye Good communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly UX / CX skills Basic knowledge of website content management systems
