Are you a driven marketer with experience connecting marketing programs to sales outcomes and opportunities? Then the Global Demand Center (GDC) team is the place for you! Microsoft's Global Demand Center team is leading the marketing transformation of Microsoft's large and fast-growing commercial businesses. Before interacting with traditional sales channels, Microsoft's customers learn about products and services by engaging with our brand and products through digital and in-person experiences. Through modern marketing tactics, the GDC team is connecting and optimizing these channels through advanced analytics and marketing automation. We're looking for an experienced Marketing Programs Manager to work with area marketing teams to connect local marketing programs to our customer nurture engine. This role will immediately focus on our digital and in-person events transformation across

• On-board and integrate with WW GDC and WW Marketing and Operations (WW M and O) events teams, establishing R and Rs, Rhythm of Business and working practices. Building a strong connection between Microsoft Redmond and area marketing. • Lead regional landing of the Events Blueprint in collaboration with GDC Redmond and WW M and O. Work with area teams on area guidance, clarity and stakeholder engagement. • Key advisory on global flagship events being delivered in region by Worldwide Events to ensure a connected customer journey and GDC integration (e.g. Hannover Messe, NRF and Ignite Tour). •
• College degree (MBA/Masters preferred) and 10+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, with business planning and operations an advantage. • Ability to navigate through a complex matrix organization and lead process changes. • Experience managing marketing programs end-to-end aligned to clear and specific outcomes. • Able to thrive in a fast-paced connected sales and marketing environment. • Understanding of the end-to-end customer journey aligned to business plans in order to put in place the right events strategy and execution plan. • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills,
