We're looking for a seasoned professional to help explore and unveil insights that create success stories and repeatable business outcomes by fostering a data-driven culture. As part of the Americas regional team, you will help scale Microsoft's GDC efforts throughout the region, including the US, Canada, and Latin America – bridging local and corporate partners, field marketing teams, and inside sales. Evangelize GDC marketing performance measurements and tools Partner with field teams (CMO, BPO) in assessing GDC performance, gathering business insights and streamlining data-driven decision approach Track and assess GDC service adoption and effectiveness within the region, report on gaps, and triage marketing field requirements Land, evangelize, measure, and assess new GDC initiatives with field marketing and inside sales Develop and share insights and perspectives regarding the overall business impact of the regional GDC team Provide feedback/requirements to GDC functional teams to improve trainings
College degree (MBA/Masters preferred) 8+ years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing or business planning and operations. Self-starter with a commitment to succeed in a quickly changing business environment Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize key insights into actionable program recommendations Strong time and project management skills with proven track record of successfully running multiple projects simultaneously Experience presenting to executive level leaders required Comfort with high levels of ambiguity and ability to have impact and
