· 3+ years experience in marketing roles requiring data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. · Understanding of ecommerce merchandising tools and methodology. · Strong analytical background and attention to detail with ability to use data to measure performance and determine improvements. · Ability to skillfully negotiate for marketing placements for Treasure Truck and our brands. · Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
