We are looking for an experienced marketing leader in Seattle to help us better understand, communicate with, and engage Prime Video customers. About Prime Video Prime Video is changing the way people watch movies and TV shows, offering a variety of ways to instantly stream and watch videos. Our customers have unlimited access to thousands of titles, including award-winning Prime Original Series like The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan and Man in the High Castle. The Role We are seeking a Marketing Manager for the Prime Video Store to create and execute programs that generate incremental Prime Video transactions and engage and retain customers. This leader will work closely with Finance and BI to build the analytical foundation for these programs. This role is inherently cross-functional. You will work closely with business, marketing, product management, program management, and executive teams to support your programs. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful,

· 3+ years of marketing experience · Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements 7+ years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing; including demonstrated experience in segmenting customer cohorts and defining targeting marketing tactics · Must be comfortable with advanced Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis. This includes familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables, and other such functionalities. · Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing
